MASONIC MYTHS AND OUTRIGHT FALSEHOODS

Storytelling — Who are we and
where did we come from?

Stuart LeVoguer
2007 Chairman

Over the centuries, Freemasonry has been taught and told from one man to another by word of mouth — “Cheek to Cheek or Mouth to Ear” as it were. It has been a story told and retold, memorized and passed on. Much of history is the same; stories passed on from generation to generation.

At the Masonic Spring Workshop in 2007, we are going to present to you an oral version of the history of Freemasonry. The “Storyteller” will be performed by Bro Nelson King, a well known student of Freemasonry. We will teach you the myths, the legends and, of course, “the Truth.”

Freemasonry, actually, requires no exaggeration to magnify its greatness. The simple truth is all that is required to tell its story. This is the reason for this speech is to attempt to destroy the myths that have been prevalent, often for centuries, by telling the truth.

The Hermetic Code: The Masonic Secrets of the Manitoba Legislative Building Unveiled

Bro Frank Albo

Frank Albo with the dome of the Manitoba Legislature behind

It began as a curious glance at two sphinxes on the Manitoba Legislative Building and resulted in the remarkable discovery of one of the greatest cover-ups in Canadian history. After years of painstaking research, Frank Albo uncovers a spine-tingling trail of occult clues concealed in the building’s architecture including hidden hieroglyphic inscriptions, numerological codes, and Freemasonic symbols so intelligently masked it has escaped historians and visitors for nearly a hundred years! In this thought-provoking presentation Bro Albo takes you along step-by-step as he reveals a pattern of coded messages designed “to speak to the mind and move the soul.”

Bro Frank Albo is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Winnipeg and a specialist in ancient religions and Western esotericism.  His pioneering discoveries on the Freemasonic symbolism in the Manitoba Legislative Building have been featured in numerous articles, radio, and television programs, as well as in the newly released book — The Hermetic Code.

This book, based on the researches of Bro Albo, will be available at the workshop bookstore only 15 days after its release — the first time it can be purchased outside of Manitoba.
