Before registering, please note the following policies adopted by the Masonic Spring Workshop Planning Committee:

• 2011 Registration fees will soon be set by the Committee to reflect our increase in costs.

• Until 30 September 2010, registrants are offered the 2010 rates as an early signing bonus, including the $25 discount on rates for individuals and the $40 per discount for Great Rate for 8 Groups signing up before the end of the year.

2010 rates with the discount were:
          Single                            = $520 (with or without spouse)
          Single with Spouse     = $520 (with or without spouse)
          Double, each                = $395
          Triple, each                  = $420
      Upgrade (Single or Double) to Loft or Family Suite in addition to registration  = $220 for the weekend.

• A Great Rate for 8 Discount of $40 per person is available for any group of eight or more Brethren who register and pay for their registrations together. Rules and application form is available here. No other discount may be applied.

• To secure these rates, your paid registration must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than noon on Thursday, 30 September 2010.

• For registrations made and paid for prior to 23 59 h, 31 December 2010, a discount of $25 from the 2011 rates set by the committee is offered.

• All registrations received and paid for by 23 59 h on the first day of March 2011 shall be eligible for the Earlybird Draw — a weekend accommodation for two at the Delta Lodge at Kananaskis.

• All registrations received by 23 59, 31 December 2010 will receive a second entry in the Earlybird Draw.

• The following refund policy has been adopted by the Committee:

• Completing and submitting any registration form indicates agreement with these policies.

 

Here's how to register —

1 You may Register Online and pay with your credit card.
Please note: your credit card MAY provide you with cancellation insurance.

2 You may download an e-mail registration form to copy into an e-mail message. Replace the information in the Square Brackets with your registration data and send to the Secretary of the Workshop. There is also provision to add your Credit Card Information.

3 You may download a PDF Registration Form which you can fill out and mail, fax, or scan and e-mail to the Secretary of the Workshop. The address and numbers are on the form.

4 You may download a Great Rate for 8 Rules and Application form. Fill out the form and forward it to the Secretary along with the registration data of the Brethren, or make arrangements with the Secretary to provide the data.

 

 

Are you looking for a Hospitality Room?

Some Lodges, Districts or Groups may wish to secure a room as a Hospitality Room (which saves cluttering up your sleeping quarters). The Workshop can make arrangements with the hotel for you to have access to a suite, such as 3002, for one night or two.
